Montreal Grand Prix – What I’m Wearing

Next week I will be headed up to Montreal for the Canadian Grand Prix. It will be my first time in Montreal. I’m excited to explore the city, which I hear is beautiful, and get to see the F1 race as well. I’ve been checking the weather and so far things are looking good.

As you know, I have been to a couple Formula 1 races the past couple of years. Every year I go to the one in Austin, but I have also been to the one in Monaco. Note: I wrote a What to Wear to the Austin Formula 1 Grand Prix post if you ever plan on attending. I am pretty much taking the same approach I have before and going for a casual yet put together look.

I am sure there will be plenty of walking to be done. Especially since I will want to explore the fan area and see what the track has to offer. For that reason, I will be wearing my ‘New Ace’ Gucci sneakers.  I’ve had these for two years and can honestly say they are very comfortable. I don’t want to wear a new shoe and not know how they’ll feel after doing quite a bit of walking. Also, they will go perfectly with my red tee.

As for the red tee, I am a Ferrari fan so of course I have to wear the red. I’m paring it with my pair of Old Navy Rockstar skinny jeans, which are one of my favorites. If you haven’t tried them before, I recommend you give them a shot. They don’t get all saggy like some jeans tend to do. And, you can’t beat the price.

Since It may be in the 60’s when we leave to the track in the morning, I’ve decided I am going to wear a light denim jacket. I ordered this white one which had great reviews so I hope it works out! I did think about going the denim on denim route with this jacket, but preferred the white instead.

As for my purse, I do plan on vlogging that day so I want to keep my hands free and a belt bag will help do just that. I have a Louis Vuitton one that I may wear, or just my crossbody instead. All I really need to carry with me is my card holder, phone, and lip gloss.

So there you have a look at what I will be wearing to the Canadian Grand Prix. I can’t wait to come back and share with you the pictures and vlog from around Montreal! Have you been to Montreal before?
